Glomac Damansara [completed]
Really Damansara. Where it is Damansara by name and location. Just a stone’s throw away from Tropicana City Mall, the live-work-play components of Glomac Damansara will surely fulfill a fully self-sufficient and self-contained environment. In July 2012, Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd (Prasarana) inked a joint-venture deal with Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd to develop a 26-storey condominium on a 1.01-acre parcel at the intersection of Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad and Persiaran Zaaba. The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM153 million and will comprise 186 units ranging from 650 to 1,200 sq ft.

In the financial years of 2015-2016, Sime Darby Property Group will reveal a residential development here comprising of several phases.
